Mako is a playful, water-loving puppy who’s ready to find a family that will match her fun energy! She absolutely loves other dogs and does great with everyone she meets, greeting people with her happy, wiggly puppy enthusiasm.Like any puppy, Mako has plenty of energy and will need a home ready to give her lots of playtime, exercise, and consistent training. The good news? She’s extremely smart and treat motivated, making her a quick learner and a joy to train!If you’re looking for an adventurous pup who will splash in the water, make you laugh daily, and grow into the best companion with your guidance, Mako is ready to meet you!Puppies 6 months and under are typically $200 and dogs from 7 months to 6 years are typically $100.00. The adoption fee may be higher or lower than stated however, and is dependent on many factors including age, behavior, medical condition and demand. All dogs 7 years and older are free under our Saving Seniors program. We frequently run discount specials and occasionally a dog will be more than the stated fee.Most cats and kittens are $35.00, however there may be instances in which the fee is higher or lower, due to age, behavior, medical condition or demand. With felines, we always have an "Adopt one, bring another one home for free" adoption special!

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Mako was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Mako’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Mako’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Mako’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
