About this Dog
Meet Bo, a lovable boy whose journey began in March 2020 when he found his forever home. Unfortunately, Bo's owner passed away, leading this beloved boy back into our care once again. Bo is an outgoing and friendly companion who adores being the center of attention. Bo loves to chew on stuffies and Kongs, sleeps peacefully through the night, and is always eager to curl up beside you on the couch. He doesn’t beg for people food, but will come barreling into the kitchen when any bag is open (smart boy!). We suspect Bo lived a pretty sheltered life; he doesn’t seem comfortable around the other dogs, and the busy city makes him anxious. But at our Center, he is a lovable, affectionate, easygoing guy. We have no doubts that he’ll flourish in any loving home outside the city. He's a very well-rounded dog. He is housetrained and walks well on leash, but can be reactive/overexcited when he sees other dogs. He loves car rides and will greet you with a toy and a wagging tail every time you come home. He's a very loyal, happy dog, and we cannot wait to see him in a loving home where he belongs. Please complete an application today to learn more about Bo. All dogs will be altered, microchipped, and receive age-appropriate vaccines prior to adoption. Please note that the listed location for this dog may not be accurate due to technical limitations of this database and we have transportation options available within 6 hours of NYC (so don't let location hold you back)!Interested in fostering or adopting? Contribute to Bo's Stash!

100% of Bo's balance will be sent to whoever adopts Bo.
Adopt Bo and Receive Bo's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Bo's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Bo's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Bo, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Bo's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Bo was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Bo’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Bo’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Bo’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
