Marley May fka Cali is the absolute sweetest beefcake there is! This big, beautiful gal is just about 90lbs and estimated to be 5 years old. Marley did not have a fairy tale beginning like she absolutely deserved. She came in with a terrible skin infection, ribs and spine visible, signs of a recent pregnancy, and clear signs of neglect. However, as many dogs prove, this hasn’t put a damper on this sweethearts love for alllllllllllll humans All this girl wants is a loyal companion who will provide the safe, comfortable, loving, and reliable care that she has always deserved. She loves to cuddle, give the sweetest kisses, and bounces around on her massive front paws when she is excited like the goofy happy go lucky love she is! Marley’s skin is making so much progress with her great new diet, shes finished her antibiotics, and is LOVING her medicated baths a couple times a week Seriously, this girl loves her spa days!!! Or truly anything she gets to do with her person/people!! Marley crates well when she knows she is safe and has been remarkable with house training and potty training. No accidents in a couple of weeks now! She walks beautifully on leash and enjoys going on short adventures! For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Marley was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Marley’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Marley’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Marley’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
