I found Ella and Enzo homeless in Alabama as I was driving in March 2021 from Florida to the ranch in Morris. They had been living on the street for a while and no one cared, so they got a quick ticket to New York and haven't looked back for a second. Both were heartworm positive and intact and so malnourished that I didn't realize Ella was pregnant until 2 weeks before giving birth to 7 adorable puppies. Ella seems to be Enzo's mom and the two are extremely bonded. They are the absolute sweetest dogs ever and have yet to meet a stranger. Because of their story they will only be adopted to a perfect home were they get to go on regular hikes and spend as much time with their parents as they do here with me.

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Enzo (and Ella)'s new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Enzo (and Ella) was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Enzo (and Ella)’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
