About this Dog
Location: VA. Meet Wyatt — the spirited Australian Cattle Dog you’ll fall in love with! ? Wyatt is a high-energy, food-motivated bundle of joy with a few quirks that make him uniquely endearing: Food & treat obsessed: His excitement is palpable—his front paws tap-dance on the floor whenever you prepare his meals or treats, a delightful “food dance” that shows just how eager he is. Enjoys canine company: He gets along well with most dogs, though very young pups bursting with energy and especially grumpy dogs can be hit-or-miss. Kid-friendly: Wyatt is gentle and enthusiastic with children of all ages—he’s been great in every interaction so far. Cautious around cats: His interactions with cats are still unknown, so careful, slow introductions are recommended. Playful and fun-loving: He adores toys, chew bones, and will go after squirrels with boundless enthusiasm. Wyatt thrives best in environments where he gets plenty of physical and mental stimulation. A home with active play, structured routines, and regular opportunities to satisfy his herding instincts would suit him perfectly. With proper introductions and engagement, he’s poised to become a loyal, playful, and affectionate companion. Interested in giving Wyatt his forever home? He’s ready to bring energy, loyalty, and love to your life—one tap-dance at a time! Wyatt is two years old, weighs in at 45lbs. Is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and and microchipped. Adopt Wyatt and Receive Wyatt's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Wyatt's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Wyatt's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Wyatt, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Wyatt's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Wyatt was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Wyatt’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Wyatt’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Wyatt’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
