About this Dog
Grace New Salem, MA Grace, born 2 Dec 2014, has been a member of our family for 9 years. She is an energetic and loving girl that loves to be pet and enjoys playing with her people! She loves the outdoors, even in her older age. She is a bit heavy-set now at 60 lbs, but is otherwise healthy. She enjoys longer walks but is also content just hanging out in a comfy spot. She is house trained and does not chew on things she is not supposed to sans the stray sock if she can’t find a good chew toy. Unfortunately, Grace needs to find another home. When I met Grace, it was a different time, different marriage, different state, and our family has since grown, and she is not compatible with our living situation. We have a 1-year-old with another due at the end of January 2024 and with my job even with training Grace has not adapted to our new family. She is not doing well with a small child in the home and another on the way will not help. She is a herding dog and the risk of her knocking over a toddler or hurting them playing is too great. She is not aggressive but does jump, paw and nip. She also does not enjoy having her tail and ear pulled, she gives the courtesy of warning, but it is not something we can risk. She has done well with older children 4-6 years old before but given her age it is not fair to her to separate her from the family until the boys learn not to tug of ears and tails. Grace is spayed, vaccinated, up to date on her shots and preventatives, and has no known medical issues. She does not do well with strange dogs, but has done well visiting a home with dogs and plays well with them in a dog park and yard. That said, she does prefer to be left alone and to just coexist. She needs a home without small children, but could do well with other adult dogs given they have a compatible temperament. Adopt Grace and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Grace's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Grace's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Grace, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Grace's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Grace was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Grace’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.
Learn more about it on youtube or at dogecoin.com.
We want the Grace’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Grace’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
