About this Dog
Meet Jackson!Jackson is about 7 months old (born ~Nov 2024), best guess Chihuahua/Corgi? mix, ~15lbs. Jack came from the same home as Corey and Layla (adoption pending) but is younger and shelter life was a little more scary for him as is all the changes. Imagine your dad loading you up in the car and dropping you off at a noisy and unfamiliar place where they stuff you in a small metal cage. However, he is a trooper and moving right along! He really likes the reassurance and wants that love and attention, he just needs a quick minute to figure it out. But once you start petting him look out, he protests if you stop so carve some snuggle time out for him. His favorite indoor activity, following you everywhere hoping a treat will fall out of your pocket. We love a good snack buddy. And he may be little and younger but he is insistent with being just like the others and can be a little bossy because he is not the baby. Like any teenager, he is going to try things his own way first and thinks he is right. So some redirection and pack rules may be in order. But honestly, he is the sweetest boy and is going to fit right in to family life. Jack is neutered, up-to-date on core vaccines, dewormed, current on flea/tick/heartworm preventative, and is microchipped!____________________________________________________________________ **If you are interested, YOU NEED TO APPLY. Adopt Jackson and Receive Jackson's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Jackson's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Jackson's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Jackson, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Jackson's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Jackson was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Jackson’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Jackson’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Jackson’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
