**Please note that PJ is a courtesy post and is not located at or affiliated with Paws Crossed Animal Rescue Pj is a very friendly, very loving and trusting cat. His markings are beautiful. He is estimated to be a year old by the vet. He would be the perfect companion for a work at home person. He is patient with everyone, and would also be a great family pet. He was very pliable when we brought him in for vet care- he just purred and took it all in. He does have a left eye that was injured, so he is one-eyed. He should be only in a single cat home, as he has wheezing from the cat “flu”, which would make him a risk for other cats, but not to humans. He is also fiv positive, but again this is not transfer to humans. He is extremely neat when he litters, covered all the offensive deposits.If you are interested in PJ, please text 914-299-0590.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and PJ **Courtesy Post** was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, PJ **Courtesy Post**’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the PJ **Courtesy Post**’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, PJ **Courtesy Post**’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
