Oscar was born around April 19, 2023 and weighs about 8 pounds. Oscar and 21 other dogs were seized from a woman who was on the Animal Abuse Registry for Cattaraugus County. Oscar loves other dogs and while shy at 1st warms quickly. This is all we know so far and we will be learning as we go and so will you! The Adoption Fee for this dog is $_500.00_. Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, worming & flea control - a "complete" pet. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Ozzy Otto was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Ozzy Otto’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Ozzy Otto’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Ozzy Otto’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
