About this Dog
Daisy was born around June 7, 2024 and weighs about 15 pound. The story goes that a kind woman saved 11 pups from the neighboring Amish after she was told they were going to "get rid of them" because they had not sold quickly enough. She got the pups vaccines and microchips and was able to find homes for a couple of them. After a while, she realized she needed help and reached out to us. This little girl looks very much Jack Russell'ish to us, but the rest of the litter appears similar to shrunken Australian Shepherds. They are likely a mix of a dozen or more breeds. She quickly became a happy, silly and playful little cutie that adores snuggling with her humans when the day is done! She seems to love just about everything and we've discovered she is quite the agile little monkey. She did well on the car ride here and is fine on leash. We know they have been around children (were with a 5 y/o) in the past, and she is good with other dogs. The last two photos are Daisy enjoying a day out at PetSmart for show and tell. She does beautifully in such a busy environment, but as you'll see in the last photo she did get tuckered out. SO CUTE! The Adoption Fee for this dog is $550.00 Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, worming & flea control - a "complete" pet. We accept CASH or Visa/Mastercard ONLY. Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO ADOPT A DOG FROM JOYFUL RESCUES We keep our pet list as up-to-date as possible. As soon as a pet is adopted, it is removed from the list. Adopt Daisy West and Receive Daisy West's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Daisy West's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Daisy West's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Daisy West, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Daisy West's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Daisy West was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Daisy West’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Daisy West’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Daisy West’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
