Meet little Missing Marcy! This little lady is about a year old and is an absolute dream. She’s very social and loves to be the center of attention (as she deserves). Her pretty eyes and dark eyeliner cement her as a princess level cat. If you’re looking for a chatterbox, this girl is for you. She will let you know when she wants affection, or food (she loves both). She likes to snuggle up next to her humans on the couch, and is a purr machine. Missing Marcy is also very well behaved. She lets her fosters brush her teeth, has sat well in her carrier in the car, and uses her scratching posts and litterbox. She loves to play, and should go to a home with another cat her age. Her fosters think she would be a perfect family cat, and that she’d do well with children. This cat needs to be adopted with a friend -- applications for them as a single cat will not be answered.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Missing Marcy was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Missing Marcy’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Missing Marcy’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Missing Marcy’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
