Meet the Bikeshed Brothers: Handle Bar and Pedal! Born on the street and rescued from a bikeshed at 4 weeks old, these two boys are the cutest orange duo and they're ready for their forever home! Handle Bar and Pedal are bonded, playful, and curious. If you're looking for a pair of kittens that you can watch grow up and learn the ways of the world, these two a great choice! Handle Bar's current favorite activities are: scaling the scratching post, sleeping in a tattered cardboard box, and getting to the food bowls before his brother. Pedal loves: bunny kicking his carrot toy, discovering new soft places like the couch, and he will quietly chirp for your attention. Handle Bar (recognizable by his white mustache) and Pedal (full orange) were born in early May. They're up to date on vaccines and free of fleas and parasites. They will be neutered and microchipped in August. We will arrange for this through our partner vets and the cost is included in their adoption fee. They're friendly with other cats. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.

This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Pedal and Handle Bar was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Pedal and Handle Bar’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Pedal and Handle Bar’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Pedal and Handle Bar’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
