About this Cat
Meet Elsa – A gentle soul ready for her next chapter! About two months ago, a scared and confused cat appeared in one of our colonies. She didn’t seem to know where to go or what to do—like many other cats in NYC, she had been abandoned. With time, patience, and the help of another kind feeder, Elsa began to trust us. Once we were able to get her off the street, it was clear she'd never go back. Elsa is a sweet, social cat. She purrs during gentle pets and is curious about other cats—ready to interact and eager to explore. She enjoys looking out the window and wants to be close to her human. She'll do well with other cats and can also be adopted as a solo cat. Elsa is about a year old, spayed, up to date on vaccines, free of fleas and parasites, and negative for FIV/FeLV. Because she's a special breed, Elsa's adoption fee is $250. If you would like to meet Elsa, please fill out your application here: https://brooklynanimalaction.org/adoption-forms/. Make sure you mention Elsa, then identify Suse as the RESCUER and fill out the form. Thank you for considering a rescued angel! Every dime goes to save another homeless kitty on the street.

Adopt Elsa and Receive Elsa's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Elsa's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Elsa's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Elsa, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Elsa's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Elsa was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Elsa’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Elsa’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Elsa’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
