Meet Wydlee, your next cuddle buddy! She is a sweet 1 year old tuxedo who’s so happy to be living indoor life with the comforts of beds (cat and human), soft linens, and wet food on demand. In return, she’s a hardworking biscuit-maker and cuddler and she has so much affection to give. She’ll greet you in the morning or when you get home with the most adorable squeaky chirps and meows. She’s got a real strong purring motor and her signature move is flopping onto her back in your lap or by your side with her big emerald eyes begging for more scritches. While she can be a bit timid at first, once she opens up, she has a boundless amount of love to show you. She would be a sweet work-from-home companion as loves company and she’s relatively calm – that is, until she hears a can of wet food opening, and that’s when she’ll start squealing and wrapping herself around your ankles. She’s the perfect mix of affectionate, attention-loving, but also independent, and has had no problems spending time alone at home. Most of the day, she’s content to lounge about, watch birds out the window, and snuggle up next to you, but she’s always down for play too. While she hasn’t been observed around children or other animals, her sweet disposition and calm demeanor lead us to believe that she’s an adaptable and agreeable kitty. This cat can be adopted with a friend or as a single cat.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Wydlee was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Wydlee’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Wydlee’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Wydlee’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
