Meet Clutch! Clutch is a gorgeous, approximately 4-6-year-old orange boy with a big personality. He is equal parts cuddly and independent. He loves head pets and cozying up next to you, when he’s in the mood. Sometimes he wants to follow you everywhere, other times he’s happy entertaining himself. Clutch spent many years on the streets, so he is still figuring out how toys work, He’ll thrive with someone who understands cat body language and respects his boundaries when overstimulated. Clutch loves mealtime and has no trouble chowing down despite having most of his teeth removed. His favorite spot is curled up in his window seat, soaking up the sun, and he enjoys climbing to high perches to keep an eye on everything. Clutch would do best in a home that respects his slightly independent side, and gives him time to settle in. Once he trusts you, he’ll be your fiercely loyal, occasionally mischievous companion. Clutch is approx. 4-6 years old, he is neutered, microchipped, negative for fiv/felv, treated for fleas and intestinal parasites, and has even had a full dental cleaning with necessary extractions! For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Clutch was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Clutch’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Clutch’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Clutch’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
