Meet the White Stocking Boys — Beaver & Paneko! Two bonded brothers by fate, ready to steal your heart. Beaver and Paneko may have come from tough beginnings, but they’ve found comfort, joy, and each other in their foster home—and now they’re ready to bring that love into their forever home. Beaver (gray tuxedo) is the social butterfly of the pair. Found abandoned at a colony of community cats, he’s proven to be anything but feral. He loves following his humans around, curling up beside them, and keeping tabs on the daily goings-on. If you're dreaming of a sweet "velcro cat" who will always be by your side, Beaver is your guy. Paneko (orange and white) rescued from a hoarding situation in a basement with 20+ other cats, has come a long way. Though still shy about touch, he’s made incredible progress—he naps nearby his humans, and he happily takes treats from your hand. With a little patience and continued love, Paneko is sure to blossom. But what makes this duo truly special is their bond. These boys are best friends, and it's beautiful to see. They wrestle, snuggle, and stroll around the house together with their tails entwined like a little feline parade. Paneko completely lights up around Beaver—it’s through this friendship that his playful, curious side has emerged. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Paneko & Beaver was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Paneko & Beaver’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Paneko & Beaver’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Paneko & Beaver’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
