About this Dog
Meet Atlas – Healthy, Happy, and Ready for His Forever Home! At 7 months old, Atlas is thriving and full of life. A true ACC survivor now living it up with a fellow Binghamton rescue alum, this sweet and playful pup is ready to find his forever family. Goofy, hoppy, and endlessly charming, Atlas keeps everyone smiling with his big personality. He’s eating like a champ, takes his meds like a pro, and is soaking up all the love he can get. Atlas does have von Willebrand Disease (VWD)—a blood clotting disorder—but his levels are low and he’s already bounced back beautifully from two procedures. He’s proof that a little extra love and care can go a long way. Could this resilient boy be your perfect match? All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, de-wormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heart-worm tested, and treated if necessary. Vet references and a home/family visit are required, and an adoption fee applies. Transport options are available within our area of operation, including Pennsylvania, the tri-state area, and New England. Please note we do not adopt animals into Canada. Visit www.pmarinc.org for more information, and to fill out an application.
Contribute to Atlas's Stash!

100% of Atlas's balance will be sent to whoever adopts Atlas.
Adopt Atlas and Receive Atlas's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Atlas's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Atlas's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Atlas, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Atlas's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Atlas was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Atlas’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Atlas’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Atlas’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
