HISTORY: MAMA GOOD LUCK was rescued after being hit by a car and giving birth to three premature kittens. Her son GOOD LUCK CHUCK is the sole survivor of her litter. TEMPERAMENT: MAMA GOOD LUCK was rushed to an emergency vet and found to have a pelvic fracture along with significant abdominal bruising. After many long weeks of crate rest healing, she is ready for a home where she can live the comfy and luxurious life she deserves. This beautiful sassy Dilute Calico gal wants to be petted in exactly the way she wants, but definitely seeks out affection! MAMA is not super playful, as she is more of a cat who likes to snuggle in bed and observe birds through the window. MAMA does enjoy the company of other calm cats and older, calm children. She has been through the wringer and is certainly deserving of a wonderful forever home. The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Mama Good Luck was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Mama Good Luck’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Mama Good Luck’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Mama Good Luck’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
