HISTORY: DOT (EL MEDIO 2) is one of several cats and kittens trapped and rescued during the 2020 Medio fire. We are not sure how the cats are related. TEMPERAMENT: All three cats are shy but learning to enjoy treats from patient humans. DOT is enthusiastic about treats of all kinds and will gently grab your hand to ask for more. She has come a long way with human friends and now genuinely enjoys head rubs. She can always be found lounging in a cat tree with kitty friends and would probably be good friend for another like-minded adult cat. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.

This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Dot (El Medio 2) was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Dot (El Medio 2)’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Dot (El Medio 2)’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Dot (El Medio 2)’s balance will remain in our general fund.
