JANIE is very affectionate and would love to be petted all day :-) She will look dreamingly into your eyes. One thing she will need your help with (and she is currently working very hard on it to please you ;-) is that she gets very excited and happy to meet you and others and will jump up in the air to kiss you on your face. She is learning that she can stay with all feet on the ground and the human will come down to her and pet her there. :-) Her adoption fee includes her spay, vaccines, microchip. She was born July 2023. Adoption process: online application, pics or video, phone conversation to answer all questions, we bring the pet to YOU and do the pet introductions with all family members including family pets. Desert Paws Inc Animal Rescue of New Mexico has been matching forever families with animals from the four pueblo Indian reservations we work with since 2008. One paw at a time :-)

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and JANIE was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, JANIE’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the JANIE’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, JANIE’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
