HEARTWORM +UNDERGOING TREATMENT AND WILL BE AVAILABLE END OF AUGUSTMeet Bruce! Bruce (born approx May 2021) is a handsome bully breed mix (or as our volunteers say: a meatball with legs). He may have some Boxer in there too, but only a DNA test can tell for sure! He is fully grown and is at an ideal weight currently (40lbs)! He is fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and SOOO ready for his forever home!He is an absolute sweetheart with a ton of personality! He has a goofy personality and wants nothing more than to snuggle up with his people. He travels great in the car and loves meeting new people! He loves children, too! He says they give the best ear scritches. Bruce would do fine as an only dog or with another canine companion!Bruce is also great on a leash and enjoys a nice walk and a game of fetch! He brings the ball back every single time!He loves ALL toys! He especially loves stuffies and will proudly show new people his favorites when you greet him! He doesn't discriminate with toys though - he loves balls, squeaky toys, chew bones, rubbery toys, anything! He thoroughly enjoys shredding stuffies! He calls it: making it snow! (He even promises not to eat their guts!)

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Bruce was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Bruce’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Bruce’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Bruce’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
