About this Dog
Hi! My name is Neve and I am looking for a forever home that is quiet and understands I am still a little shy and confused about all the changes in my life. My previous owner was what is known as a backyard breeder and now that I am older and don't have as many puppies at a time, she asked a small local rescue about taking me and my friend Nina. A volunteer with that rescue reached out to BCAA to see if they could help us and they said yes! I appear to be mostly poodle but may also be mixed with something else, just not sure what. I am about 5 years old and weigh a little under 12lbs. When I first came into foster, I was scared of everything, but both my foster parents have been really nice and patient with me and I am now coming out of my shell and let them pick me up. I have gotten along with the other small dogs I have met and I don't bother those things called cats. I currently share a crate with my friend Nina and we eat side-by-side without any issues; we have also done really well in our crate without any accidents, barking or tearing up of any bedding although we would prefer to be out with you (I love having my own bed to snuggle in!). I have probably never had a leash on before so a physically fenced yard is going to be a must for me in order for me to take care of my business. If you would like to meet me, please fill out an application which can be found at www.bcaaofnj.org.

Adopt Neve and Receive Neve's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Neve's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Neve's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Neve, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Neve's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Neve was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Neve’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Neve’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Neve’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
