About this Dog
Hi! My name is Oreo and I am looking for a forever home. Me and my friend Ozzie were being given away on social media when a nice lady came across us, saw that we were unneutered and she didn't want us to end up in a bad breeding situation 'cause we are both so handsome. She was able to get both of us, got us vetted including being neutered, and then asked a small local rescue about helping her with us. A volunteer with that rescue contacted BCAA to see if they could help and they said yes! I am about 3-4years old and currently weigh around 35lbs; however, neither of us have missed any meals and our foster mom is trying to get me closer to 30lbs or a little under. I appear to be a purebred english cocker spaniel; however, without paperwork no one knows for sure. I really enjoy getting attention and my foster mom says I'm super smart and I want to please...that coupled with my love of treats and I will be great at learning anything new you want to teach me. I've gotten along with most of the other dogs I have met but proper introduction is always recommended. I've shown a little interest in the cats but so far haven't been aggressive with them. I'm real good about going into my crate when asked and haven't had any accidents; however, I would prefer to be out with you and will let you know not to forget about me if I see or hear you. I'm good on leash and love going on walks which will help me in my quest to get back my girlish figure. If you would like to meet me, please fill out an application which can be found at www.bcaaofng.org.

100% of Oreo's balance will be sent to whoever adopts Oreo.
Adopt Oreo and Receive Oreo's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Oreo's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Oreo's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Oreo, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Oreo's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Oreo was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Oreo’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Oreo’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Oreo’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
