About this Dog
Meet Snowball! Snowball is a sweet little lady weighing in at just 11 lbs and estimated to be about 6–7 years old. She’s ready for a quiet home to call her own.Snowball was rescued from a high kill shelter down south. She was not doing well as she was very scared and did not want the employees there to pick her up. she was at risk of being put to sleep since they had said she was not adoptable. One of our fosters was able to break her out of there and she has been a new dog ever since. She is a very sweet girl who just needs love to feel safe.Snowball gets along well with other small dogs and is currently fostered with several. She's not really into playing though. She’s a mellow girl who doesn’t bark or whine and sleeps quietly through the night in her crate. Housetraining is still a work in progress—Her foster lets her out frequently and she’s improving each day.Snowball doesn’t care much for toys, but she loves treats and keeps a low profile around the house. She’s looking for a calm, patient home that will give her the love and structure she needs to thrive. She would do best with teens or adults only and louder noises and quick movements will scare her. Could you be the gentle soul she’s been waiting for? Apply now at bcaaofnj.org

Adopt Snowball and Receive Snowball's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Snowball's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Snowball's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Snowball, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Snowball's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Snowball was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Snowball’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Snowball’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Snowball’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
