Taz is good with other dogs and will require another dog in the home to help him with his confidence. He is very sweet but needs a low traffic household as he has stranger danger issues. He is working on not jumping on people and has shown great capacity for training, is very treat and praise driven, and would love to fit in with a family with older children (13+) who can dedicate time and patience to help him be the best he can be. Taz is a perfect addition to those with breed experience who are looking for a forever companion and best friend. Taz will require a completely secure fenced in yard. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Taz (formerly Tiny) was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Taz (formerly Tiny)’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Taz (formerly Tiny)’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Taz (formerly Tiny)’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
