Look no further than Minnie, an 11-pound, 5–6-month-old Jack Russell/Wire Hair Terrier mix who’s pure joy wrapped in a scruffy blonde coat. With her Barbie-doll looks and sparkle-in-her-eye sass, Minnie is on the hunt for a forever home where she can be the cherished little princess she was clearly born to be. Minnie recently lived in a house with four very young, very energetic foster kids—and while she handled the chaos like a champ (and gave out endless kisses along the way), her foster mom realized that two puppies and four tiny humans was a little too much love for one home. So now Minnie’s starting fresh, and she’s ready to take on the world—with you. This girl is the whole package: crate trained, almost housebroken, already mastering her leash skills, and an A+ car rider. She’s full of puppy energy and curiosity, and loves learning new things—especially if there’s praise or a treat involved. She’ll stay on the petite side, likely topping out around 25 pounds, but don’t let her size fool you: she’s got a big personality and will absolutely steal the spotlight (and your heart). Minnie is ready to find her people—someone who understands that terriers need daily exercise, a little structure, and a lot of love. She’s more than ready to give it all back tenfold. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and PUPPY MINNIE was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, PUPPY MINNIE’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the PUPPY MINNIE’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, PUPPY MINNIE’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
