The name Theodore, from which Theo is derived, combines "theos" (God) and "doron" (gift), resulting in the meaning "gift of God" or "divine gift". Theo also has roots in German, and can mean “brave people”. Well, ding, ding, ding! Both are right on the number! Meet kitten Theo! This adorable kitten is certainly a gift from God. Just look at that little face! Definitely some Devine intervention involved, that he was found and rescued! Instead of struggling to survive, Theo is now discovering how much fun it is to catch the feathered toy on a string. Or chase the ball that lights up when it rolls! It is time for this young man to play and enjoy being a kitten. Luckily, he has some playmates here close in age, to show him the good life. The two boys bunny-kick and wrestle each other for hours, it seems. Pure entertainment for all! Theo enjoys bath time, as he helps groom the little female. Just a sweetheart! And what a cute kitten! Theo has that dark black tabby coat, mixed with white and tan fur, like a sweet taste of dark chocolate. You just want to eat him up! He loves kisses, and taking naps on my lap. I can stare at him for hours! What a brave, lucky boy. He survived without a mama kitty, in an abandoned trailer. What a little survivor! He was a challenge to catch, but thankfully, his hunger won out. Hissing, and spitting, the entire time, I knew he was just scared. No harm done, Mr. Theo! You are safe now. Those bad memories are gone. He has his whole life ahead of him! What a wonderful time he will have. Are you the lucky new owner of Theo? Can you give him the life he deserves? Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the KITTEN THEO’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, KITTEN THEO’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
