About this Dog
***Gilly is currently located at our rescue in Georgia. He is scheduled to be available for adoption at the Tractor Supply in Ringoes, New Jersey over the July 20, 26 & 27th. An application for his adoption can be submitted at socorescue.com (no need to register or login). Questions about Gilly and/or our adoption policy should be sent to [email protected]; please do not call the rescue's number.*** Gilly and his sister, Gracious, were found as strays in our area and brought to our rescue when they were only about 6 to 7 weeks old. Both were very thin, hungry and in need of help. Gracious was also very lethargic and, at first, we weren't sure if she'd pull through. After receiving some TLC from our staff, both pups made a remarkable recovery and are now doing great. Gilly's unique markings will definitely capture your attention, but it's his super friendly and affectionate personality that will grab your heart! This boy loves to snuggle almost as much as he loves his treats and play time. Gilly will make an excellent addition into any home looking to add a dog that is great around people and other dogs as well. He'll even be great with children who are responsible enough to properly handle a puppy. Gilly has already received all of his first year "puppy" vaccinations, de-wormings and even neutered. He's also been kept up to date on his monthly flea/tick/heartworm preventatives, He will require additional house and leash training, which should come very easily. A home that allows him plenty of room to run and play would be best for him.

Adopt Gilly and Receive Gilly's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Gilly's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Gilly's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Gilly, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Gilly's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Gilly was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Gilly’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Gilly’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Gilly’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
