About this Dog
***Robbie is currently located at our rescue in Georgia. She is scheduled to be available for adoption at the Tractor Supply in Ringoes, New Jersey over the July 12-13 weekend. An application for Robbie's adoption can be submitted at socorescue.com (no need to register or login). Questions about Robbie and/or our adoption policy should be sent to [email protected]; please do not call the rescue's number.*** When a family moved from their home, they left behind a number of dogs and puppies, which included Robbie, her mom and another older male pup (Hobbs). Had it not been for the dedicated efforts of a very compassionate woman, all of the dogs left behind would have been surrendered to an already overcrowded animal control that does have a high euthanasia rate. This woman also agreed to foster Robbie, her mom and the older male pup while we got them ready for adoption and could get them into SoCo Rescue. Unfortunately and at no fault of the woman fostering them, Robbie's mom met an untimely death after being bitten by something that caused her to suffer internal bleeding. Robbie has the same sweet personality that her mom possessed. She's very friendly, playful but also very calm and well-mannered for a pup her age. She loves playing with other dogs and instantly becomes friends with the people she meets, making her a great candidate for anyone looking to add a dog to their family. Robbie has already received all of her first year "puppy" vaccinations, de-wormings and even spayed. She's also been kept up to date on her monthly flea/tick/heartworm preventatives and also tested negative for heartworms during her recent vet examination. She will require additional house and leash training, which should come very easily as she appears to be very intelligent. Robbie will enjoy being an inside dog but also loves her "outside" time, so a home with room for her to run and play would be best.

Adopt Robbie and Receive Robbie's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Robbie's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Robbie's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Robbie, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Robbie's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Robbie was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Robbie’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Robbie’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Robbie’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
