About this Dog
Guardian is a beautiful and gentle giant who is looking for a new home. He is with our rescue partner in Louisiana. Odin will be coming to NJ on 10/3 and will be available for adoption. Guardian and his sister were surrendered to our partner rescue when their owners could no longer care for them. Their former owners were keeping them mostly outside in the Louisiana heat so we are glad they gave them up and gave them a chance for a better life. Guardian is a big sweet boy with his family. True to his breed/mix, he will protect his property. He is really looking forward to a forever home up north with cooler weather and a big comfy couch or bed to lie on. Guardian is fixed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. He is currently undergoing treatment for heartworm and will come to NJ when he is done. His adoption fee is $450. Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home. Apply to foster or adopt @ wagoninn.rescuegroups.org
