Meet Nani! This adorable 5-month-old Chihuahua mix is proof that the best things come in small packages—especially when they have a BIG personality like hers! Nani is all about fun and playtime. She’s a true puppy at heart who loves to romp around with her doggy friends, especially pups her own size, and she can’t resist chasing after a squeaky toy or splashing in the kiddie pool. Nani is working on her commands, walks nicely on leash, and is both house and crate trained for an easy transition into her new home. When she’s all tuckered out, Nani transforms into a lap pup —ready to snuggle, give kisses, and enjoy a cozy nap by your side. She’s a huge fan of bird watching, keeping an eye on squirrels, and, of course, indulging in treats, tasty meals, and her favorite pup cups. If you’re ready to spoil her with love and gentle pets, she’ll be your little shadow and best friend! Nani will be spayed by the rescue prior to adoption finalization. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Nani was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Nani’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Nani’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Nani’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
