Hatch Date: 2023 Who's a pretty boy? These guys are!!! Meet Bowie and Benny (a.k.a. Benjamin). They are a sweet pair of gentle male budgies. Bowie is the Blue boy, and Benny is the Green. They are both about one year old and enjoy each other's company. They love chattering to each other, or in the mirror. Their sounds are cheerful and not too loud. Both boys are just learning to come out of their cage and are working on perching on their foster parent's finger - with success! Our wee Starman, Bowie, glams in front of the mirror, while Benny rings his bell. This fun, vibrant, little duo love chirping along to music or taking turns dancing for one another. Their diet consists of seeds, an herbal mix, and millet spray. They are easygoing and enjoy keeping active with their various toys in their roomy cage. If you are looking for some darling parakeets Bowie and Benny are your guys. These boys are being fostered in Bristol PA, and will only be adopted to a forever home within driving distance. We will NOT ship our birds. For the Love of Birds is a group of dedicated foster homes throughout NJ and Eastern PA - We do not have a central location. Bowie and Benjamine are living in a volunteer's private home; we only allow approved applicants to make visits. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Bowie and Benny's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Bowie and Benny was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Bowie and Benny’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
