About this Dog
Courtesy Post: Coco does not belong to GDHS, but we are assisting the owner in rehoming. Meet Coco—your next delightful companion! This sweet dog is bursting with friendliness and loves meeting new people, including kids. She's a social butterfly with other dogs* (although she might prefer a little distance from cats) and is irresistibly food-motivated, making treat time the highlight of her day. Coco thrives with consistent expectations, regular routines, and plenty of exercise to keep her tail wagging. If you're looking for a loyal, joyful friend eager to fill your home with enthusiasm, Coco is ready to bring her charm into your life. *Coco was a bit too playful with the small dog she was introduced to when GDHS met her. This may change but it is good to know before introducing her to small dogs. All dogs adopted from GDHS are spayed or neutered, have vaccinations brought up to date, are on heartworm preventative, and microchipped. If you are interested in adopting this dog, please submit an application found on our website at http://www.derryhumanesociety.com We DO NOT have a physical shelter - all of our animals are in foster homes and an appointment must be made. GDHS reserves the right to refuse to adopt to any applicant. By requesting information on an animal, it is not a guarantee that the particular animal that you have inquired about is yours to adopt. This is only the first stage of the process.

Adopt Coco and Receive Coco's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Coco's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Coco's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Coco, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Coco's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Coco was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Coco’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Coco’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Coco’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
