About this Dog
Peter Pan was with his family all these years but at the age of 9, his family felt they could no longer take care of him. Peter is a good boy but definitely overweight. That is not Peter Pan's fault and we did put him on a diet. He does love to go for walks. He likes to go a few miles a day. We did notice him chewing on his front paws and he ended up having a small abscess that was taken care of but the vet put him on allergy meds to be cautious. He loves to go to the parks and check out all the smells. He is slightly slow to warm towards men, but does open up with a short time. He does have a touch of separation anxiety but it does seem to get better with time. He would do better with a family that is home more or retired. Adoption fee is 150 which helps cover all of the medical for all of the dogs in the rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped and many have received further treatment for such conditions as lump removal, severe ear infections, dental cleanings, bloodwork, leg injuries, etc.. We do out of state adoptions but require a submitted application, a home visit (sometimes we cannot get this done and then we can not adopt), and the adopter must come to Las Vegas to meet the potential dog(s), possibly adopt, and then drive the dog back. Disclaimer: The SNBRF has the right to deny applications based on our adoption policies established for the consideration of the health, safety, and well-being of the dog. Beagles can have a lifespan of 15-18 years. Therefore, beagles or any other breed who are under 3 years of age will NOT be adopted to anyone over the age of 62. For individuals who are 70 years of age and older, the dogs must be 8 years or olde

Adopt Peter Pan and Receive Peter Pan's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Peter Pan's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Peter Pan's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Peter Pan, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Peter Pan's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Peter Pan was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Peter Pan’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Peter Pan’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Peter Pan’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
