About this Dog
What do you get when you combine a teddy bear and a dog? You get an extra special Raven! This girl has the sweetest face, most adorable brown eyes then when you add in her loving temperament you will find Raven is irresistible! We believe she is likely a Hound/Rottweiler mix sized as a medium sized dog at about 60 lbs. And she is 100% lap dog! Raven starts out a bit shy at first, but she will soon be snuggling with her humans. She is about a year and half old, but has the calm personality of an adult dog. She is completely house broken and kennel trained. In her foster home Raven is allowed to free roam the house when her people are home. She easily goes into a kennel when asked, but is only kenneled when the humans leave. She has been very well behaved when free roaming the house, and is not destructive at all. This girl just wants to please her people and thrives on affection! Raven is very dog friendly with both female and male dogs of all sizes. She would likely do best in a home with another canine companion to keep her company and a fenced in yard. Size and age probably don’t matter much as she’s currently fostered with 2 dogs of her size, a small senior dog, and a small puppy. No cats though please! Raven is very gentle and would do fine with children in the home but may be timid with toddlers due to unexpected sounds and movements. Raven does walk well on leash and is working on gaining confidence walking around the neighborhoods. She can be hesitant on walks when she experiences new sights and sounds the first time but is making significant progress. Raven will thrive with a patient family willing to help her gain confidence and be her best self. Your kindness will be rewarded with many puppy kisses and the best doggy snuggles! Adopt Raven and Receive Raven's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Raven's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Raven's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Raven, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Raven's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Raven was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Raven’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Raven’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Raven’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
