About this Dog
Suki is a very calm and sweet 3 year old, tiny gal. At 10lbs, she's one of the smallest girls in our rescue! She is very calm and sweet. She wants to sit on your lap all day. She is learning to walk on a leash and she is going very well. She is doing great at potty training. She loves kids. She is well behaved on outings, and gets along very well with all the pets in her foster home. She will let a little jealous growl when she's on foster mom's lap and another dog climbs up, or when another dog wants to share the same bed, but she never takes it any further. She’s wonderful. Suki is adorable, charming, and so loving. She will steal your heart!Like any of our dogs, this sweetheart would make a great addition to an active home that will provide love, structure, good leadership, activity and mental stimulation. Because of that, Suki's ideal owner will have prior experience. Even if you exercise and play with your dog daily in your fenced yard, please remember that you MUST still take your dog out on daily walks and outings, in order to provide sufficient stimulation, ward off boredom, and work on leash skills, and manners. Suki's adoption fee is $375, all of which goes back into offsetting our high-cost vetting expenses and rescuing more dogs. We are a 100% volunteer-run rescue group and rely on adoption fees and donations to continue saving lives. Adoption fees include spay/neuter, current on age-appropriate vaccinations, fecal, deworming, flea/tick and heartworm preventative, heartworm tested if old enough (and treated if positive), and microchipped. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Suki's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Suki was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Suki’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Suki’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Suki’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
