About this Dog
This dog is my grandaughters dog which i have been caring for in my home. He has some aggression issues and has bitten my Dad who he had met before. Grandaughter has moved to CO and is not able to take the dog with her, and i am not comfortable with the liability issue should he manage to get hold of someone and hurt them. i'm also feeling like a prisoner in my home as i cannot invite friends or family over. he is fairly sweet over all but completely agressive to strangers who come to the house. i really don't want to have to have him put down, but i can't in all good conscience rehome him without disclosing his issue. i have no dog training experience or skills and do not know if he could be salvaged by the right match with a kind and patient owner. is there any hope for him? he has been neutered, vaccines and heart worm up to date.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Quinten was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Quinten’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Quinten’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Quinten’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
