About this Dog
Meet Molly â Gentle Soul in Need of a Soft LandingMolly is a sweet 2-year-old Hound mix who recently found herself at the shelter after her beloved mom entered hospice care. Understandably, Molly is confused and nervous in this new environmentâbut sheâs already showing us glimpses of the loving, gentle girl she is.She adores belly rubs, melts for treats, and will slowly lower herself to the ground just to soak up the love. She even let our vet techs hold her like a babyâproving that trust is there, even if it's still growing.Molly has a low to moderate energy level. She enjoys short bursts of play (zoomies included!) and then prefers to settle down and relax. Sheâs treat-motivated, knows how to sit, and is comfortable being gently handledâears, feet, tail and all, making her a good patient at the vets office! She is currently very nervous, especially around fast movements or people leaning over her. Sometimes, she may even pee out of fear. But remember, she just arrivedâthis timidness may ease with time, patience, and love.Dogs help bring her out of her shell, especially laid-back companions who wonât overwhelm her. Dominant personalities tend to scare her, so a calm canine friend would be ideal.Molly is a soft, sensitive spirit who just needs a calm, reassuring presence to help her feel safe again. Could that be you?Come meet Molly and help her rediscover the joy of feeling loved
Contribute to MOLLY's Stash!

100% of MOLLY's balance will be sent to whoever adopts MOLLY.
Adopt MOLLY and Receive MOLLY's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, MOLLY's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is MOLLY's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the MOLLY, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming MOLLY's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and MOLLY was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, MOLLY’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the MOLLY’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, MOLLY’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
