De Mayo would thrive in a home with other dogs or could be content being the only pampered pup in the home!CAT TEST: (Supervised) De Mayo seems like she would chase a cat if given the opppotunity. De Mayo should be supervised and introduced properly to any cats. KID TEST: (Okay with Kids) De Mayo seems like she would do well with kids of all ages. HOUSE BROKEN: (Potty Trained) De Mayo seems to be potty trained and will go potty outside when given the opportunity. ENERGY LEVEL: (Medium) De Mayo is a sweet girl who loves to say hi to everyone she meets. De Mayo loves playing with other canine friends and did well in a foster home with other dogs. De Mayo loves to play fetch and go on long walks outside. De Mayo would love to go to a home that would include her in all their adventures! After she is all tuckered out she would love to snuggle up and relax with you.LEASH WALKING: (Needs Work) De Mayo tends to pull on the leash when shes excited to see other dogs. Overall she walks well and loves to go outside for her walks!

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and DE MAYO was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, DE MAYO’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the DE MAYO’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, DE MAYO’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
