Approx DOB: 7/4/22 Approx weight: 50pds Adoption Fee $175 includes a 2 week trial. NO CATS.... she has a strong prey drive so probably no small animals that size or smaller to be safe Della was so scared when she came to us. She has learned to trust her foster home and is becoming more and more trusting of new people. She loves with all her heart and will be one of the most loyal dogs you will ever meet. Della is a super smart dog and really wants to please her people. Della is well behaved in the home and knows good house manners. It seems day by day her personality is coming out and we can tell she just wants her own family. She is housebroken and crate trained. We are working on leash training and she is doing better day by day on our walks. Della does great with dogs that aren't dominant. She loves toys especially balls. Some of her favorite chews are the deer antlers and Kong brand chews. Della is going to make a great companion for some lucky family. Della has been spayed, vaccinated, heartworm tested negative and microchipped. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Della was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Della’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Della’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Della’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
