About this Dog
Please visit our web site at https://tarasdream.org/adopt to fill out an adoption application for this pet and for more info about our adoption process. Atlas and his four siblings (Agnes, Ace, Amari, Aspen) were abandoned outside a shelter so we don't know any details about the parents. Beagle, Boxer, Doberman, Mastiff, Rottweiler, Labrador...all kinds of guesses! We are making a total guess with breed and their adult weight. Atlas is an adventurer, bold, curious and wants all the human attention! He is sweet, smart and figures things out quickly. He's the first one out the door and the first one in following wherever the human goes! He loves being entertained with his siblings but can also explore on his own. He is in training for being the best companion and housemate! Neuter date July 18. More photos to come soon! Approximate Birthdate: 4/27/2025 Adoption Fee: $225 TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming. TARA's pets are all eligible for a TWO WEEK TRIAL. Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed. Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds. For more information please fill out an application. Adopt Atlas and Receive Atlas's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Atlas's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Atlas's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Atlas, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Atlas's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Atlas was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Atlas’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Atlas’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Atlas’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
