About this Dog
Please help us welcome Margo to the Saving Shepherds of Mn family. This little girl was seen running and then she was seen getting hit by a car. When people went to help, she was gone, 2 weeks later she was found limping in the middle of nowhere, emaciated and injured. As we suspected, no one came looking for her. We estimate her to be 2-3 years old and she is just the sweetest little thing. After all she has been through, she still let the staff touch her all over to examine her. X-rays showed damage to her hip, which required surgery to repair. Margo’s hip surgery went well and after she healed, she was spayed! We estimate her to be about 2 years old, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative and microchipped. She is people and dog friendly! We will try and cat test her once she’s all healed up! Update from Margo’s foster! My foster mom says I am perfect German Shepherd. My previous life wasn’t so fun. I’ve had some severe trauma to my back leg & that injury wasn’t treated at the time. Then I got hit by a car & the doctors fixed me up. I’ve had some surgeries. So I will have a limp for the rest of my life, but it doesn’t stop me. I am fast. I love to play & run. I am like a puppy in a 2 year old dog’s body. Everyone says I’m pretty small for my age. I’m a petite girl, a pocket shepherd! My old life I didn’t get regular feedings like I do now, so I am food driven. I do like to be alone in my kennel when I eat. I will take treats from you ever so gently. I am working on learning basic commands. I would love a home with other dogs, preferably boy dogs. If I’m the only dog, that’s ok too. I love my name & when I hear it I’ll come running. I never got to play before. I’m looking for my forever home. A fence would be preferred as I love to run around. A kennel where I can eat all by myself. A bed where I can cuddle. I would love to learn more because I am very smart. Also I am potty trained. I am the best girl!

Adopt Margo and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Margo's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Margo's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Margo, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Margo's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Margo was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Margo’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Margo’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Margo’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
