My name is Tobi , and I’m on the search for a new forever home after my previous owner passed away. Life hasn’t been the same since, but I haven’t lost my loving heart or hopeful spirit. I know there’s someone out there who can give me the calm, caring home I’m dreaming of. I’m a super-friendly gal who lives for belly rubs, cuddles, and quality time with my people. I may be 8, but I’ve got plenty of love (and a little bit of sass) to share. One thing you should know—I’ve got a voice ! I’m known for “singing” when I get lonely or excited, so if you're looking for a dog with a little personality (and a vocal range), I just might be your girl. I get along well with larger dogs and have done okay with cats too—though a slow, proper introduction is key, and I’d appreciate my own feeding space. I’m crate trained, potty trained (with a good routine), and currently just taking glucosamine to keep me feeling good. Adopters will be responsible for continued preventatives, follow-up appointments, and medications (if applicable). At times, adopters will be responsible for procedures not completed in rescue (dentals, bloodwork, etc.) Your new dog will receive their rabies and distemper vaccine. $50 discount for seniors (65+) and veterans. Adoption fees help pay for the dog's veterinary exam, vaccinations (rabies and distemper) HW test and spay/neuter if needed and additional health needs specific to each animal. Grey Face Rescue does not adopt outside of Minnesota for now. We apologize for the inconvenience. We do not adopt animals to families whose current pets are not up-to-date on vaccinations or not altered. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons as stated by a veterinarian and we will require proof of that recommendation. Thank you for understanding our mission to reduce overpopulation. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Tobi's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Tobi was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Tobi’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Tobi’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Tobi’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
