Roche is a beautiful, playful, tortie girl with lots of love to give. She is cautious at first but once she knows you she is the sweetest girl. Her brother Milo and her are bonded and she looks to him for confidence and comfort, especially when exploring a new place. Because they are bonded they do need to be adopted together. Click here to learn more about Milo! Her favorite toys are feather wands and toy mice and she also loves playing with her brother Milo. She is very curious and loves to explore and look out the windows. She has the tiniest, softest mew and likes to talk to her people sometimes. She also loves chirping at the birds she sees out the window. She is not a big fan of being held but loves to join you for a cuddle on a bed or the couch She is very good about not jumping on counters and is quick to get off of somewhere you don't want her to be with the word no. She has gotten along well with both cats and dogs with the proper introducitons. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Roche was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Roche’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Roche’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Roche’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
