About this Dog
Queen Pug came to rescue with her mom as an owner surrender, and while she enjoys dog friends, she’s really a people-focused pup. If you’re looking for a loyal little shadow who will claim the best spot on the bed and stick close no matter what you’re doing, Queen Pug is your girl. She’s great with kids, friendly with new people, and gentle with other dogs. A perfect mix of playful bursts and easy downtime, Queen Pug is crate trained, leash trained, good in the car, and happy to use a doggy door—or a potty pad if needed. She can be a bit stubborn about going outside, preferring company and a little encouragement, but her adorable underbite and devotion to her person more than make up for it. Queen Pug enjoys soft food, a few stuffed toys, and plenty of lap time. Whether she’s curled up beside you or following you from room to room, she’s happiest being part of your day. Queen Pug is from Texas. They arrive in Minnesota on 08/22/2025 and will need to be picked up from the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN between the hours of 8:30am and noon. Please plan for their arrival accordingly as we cannot accommodate pickups outside of this time frame. Since they haven’t arrived yet, they are available exclusively through Ruff Start’s Foster to Adopt (FTA) Program. Click here to learn more about this program.
