About this Dog
Meet Zola—aka Tiny Princess, or T.P. for short. This former breeder pup is learning how to be a real-deal pet, and she’s absolutely nailing it (with some help from her Chihuahua mentor). Thanks to him, she’s mastered stairs, outdoor potty breaks, and the house routine—no accidents in over a week! Zola lives with several large dogs and smartly retreats to her kennel when their energy gets a little extra. She's warming up to her foster mom and even pauses for short bursts of affection now. Men? She’s not so sure—she’ll bark when they get home, but responds well to gentle correction. T.P.’s biggest hobby? Hoarding toys (“babies”) in her oversized bed that she stole from the big dogs. Every morning she grabs a baby to carry outside like it’s her emotional support stuffie. Here’s the cutest video of Zola showing off her “baby”. Her kennel also requires regular toy removal so she has space to sleep. She’s a bit on the fluffy side, so she’s on a two-meals-plus-snack routine. Walks aren’t her thing (yet), but with time and patience, she might get there. Due to her breeder background, she’s a flight risk, so a securely fenced yard is a must. Zola would do best with older kids, at least one other confident dog, and a home ready to continue building her trust. She’s still learning—but she’s already got the heart of a queen. Zola is from a breeder release. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract. Adopt Zola and Receive Zola's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Zola's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Zola's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Zola, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Zola's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Zola was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Zola’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Zola’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Zola’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
