Lois is an easygoing, friendly girl who would fit well into many types of homes—whether it’s with an active family or a more relaxed household with another dog to play with. She rides calmly in the car, has an expressive face that sometimes looks like she’s smiling at you, and has a sweet, adaptable nature. Rescued along with her two pups from a crowded shelter where her future was uncertain, Lois has adjusted beautifully to foster life. She still needs a little work on not jumping up to greet people and pulling slightly on the leash, but she’s a quick learner and eager to please. She’s not an excessive barker, though she may speak up if she’s feeling left out or wants her turn outside. Lois would love a family willing to continue her training and give her the love, attention, and daily activity she needs—whether that’s walks, playtime, or just being part of everyday life. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
