Say hello to Lucky, a playful and affectionate young cat with a big heart and a touch of sass! Not only is he full of personality, but he's also a real head-turner. Lucky has a gorgeous grey and white coat with a soft orangish tint that makes him uniquely stunning. Lucky found himself at the local impound, and sadly never reclaimed by his previous human. Lucky was wearing a collar that had become too tight, which left him with some thinner fur around his neck, but he;s healing up beautifully and doesn't let it slow him down one bit. Lucky loves to be near his people, always keeping a curious eye on what you're up to. Lucky is a fan of climbing and exploring, and you’ll often find him perched up high, surveying his kingdom. He’s got a playful spirit and enjoys interactive toys, especially when he can chase, pounce, or stalk like the little panther he is at heart. When it comes to affection, Lucky is generous and sweet, he’ll rub up against you and offer attention freely, but he also has his limits and can get a bit overstimulated during petting sessions. He may give “love bites” when he's had enough, so he’s best suited for a home with adults or cat-savvy older kids who understand feline boundaries. He gets along wonderfully with other cats and would thrive in a home with a friendly kitty companion to play and snuggle with. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Lucky was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Lucky’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Lucky’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Lucky’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
