About this Cat
Momma kitty is 13 years old and has always been an important part of our family. She is spayed and current with her shots. She does still have her claws. She is an indoor cat only. She is very pretty and sweet, while still being young at heart. Unfortunately we are moving overseas and need to rehome our kitty. We would take her with but. given her age, we are worried about her traveling. And, at 13, she is tired of the other two cats, who annoy her and take her favorite sleeping spot. She will stress groom, although she does not have any bare skin areas. She would do best in a home without other cats. Kitty hates a dirty litter box, so it would need to be scooped daily. My kids and I would like to actually visit a potential new home, and assist in the transition as much as we can. She is a wonderful kitty, and needs someone who is patient, kind, loves cats and wants to care for a senior cat who is still playful and loving. She is a very sweet cat.

For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and momma Kitty was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, momma Kitty’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
What happens to unclaimed funds?
We want the momma Kitty’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, momma Kitty’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
