About this Dog
Meet Tennessee, an 8-week-old terrier mix with a sweet, mellow personality and a heart full of love. Weighing just 6–7 pounds, Tennessee was born in rescue on May 12 and has been thriving alongside his siblings. While he still enjoys a bit of playful curiosity, Tennessee’s favorite moments are the quiet ones, relaxing by your side, soaking up gentle cuddles, and simply being near his people. He’s the perfect pup for someone seeking a calm, affectionate companion who doesn’t need constant excitement to be happy. Tennessee does wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and kids, and he’s been adjusting well to life in a pen with his littermates. He’s making good progress using potty pads and, like most young puppies, is still learning the ropes when it comes to house training, leash walking, and basic commands. With his gentle nature and laid-back attitude, Tennessee is ready to bring peace, love, and puppy snuggles to a home that appreciates a softer, quieter kind of puppy love. Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $625.00

Adopt Tennessee and Receive Tennessee's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Tennessee's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Tennessee's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Tennessee, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Tennessee's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Tennessee was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Tennessee’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Tennessee’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Tennessee’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
